This Privacy Policy describes how Vishal Mistry ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the Nexus-AI mobile application (the "App").

1. Data Minimization & Local Processing

Nexus-AI is built on the principle of Privacy by Design.

On-Device AI: All artificial intelligence processing (text chat, image generation, and video synthesis) occurs strictly on your device's hardware. Your prompts, inputs, and generated outputs are never sent to our servers.
Local Storage: Your chat history is stored in an encrypted SQLite database on your device. We do not have access to your conversations.

2. Information We Collect

A. Automated Information Collection (Third-Party)

We use Google AdMob to provide advertisements. Google may collect:

Device Identifiers: IP address, advertising ID (GAID), and device make/model.
Usage Data: Information regarding ad interactions (impressions, clicks).
Location: General location derived from IP address for ad relevancy.

B. Information You Provide

The App does not require a user account or registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers unless you contact us directly for support.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using information depends on the context:

Consent: For personalized advertising (where required).
Legitimate Interests: To maintain and improve App performance and security.

4. Your Rights (Global)

Depending on your location (e.g., EU/GDPR, California/CCPA, Brazil/LGPD), you have the following rights:

Right to Access/Know: You can see your data within the App.
Right to Deletion: You can delete all data by clearing the App's cache/storage or using the "Purge Local Weights" feature in settings.
Right to Opt-Out: You can reset your Advertising ID in your Android system settings to opt-out of personalized ads.
Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

5. Data Retention

We do not retain your personal data. Local data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Third-party ad providers retain data according to their own retention policies.

6. International Data Transfers

Information collected by Google AdMob may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Nexus-AI is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

We do not "sell" your personal information in the traditional sense. However, the use of third-party advertising cookies may be considered a "share" or "sale" under California law. You may opt-out through your device's privacy settings.
